I emailed you all and haven't heard back from anyone. I purchased this necklace on Nov 26th and got it Dec 13th. The clasp on this necklace does NOT close. Who's doing the quality check on items that are being sent out to customers? Now I'm trying to get someone to reply back to my emails, so I can return this item and get a new one with the clasp that closes all the way.
