My 3 clear totes are horribly wrinkled. Is this why they were on sales on Jan 13? I have never received anything from you before that I have been disappointed with. When I was president of Memphis Alumnae I gifted to around 60 committee chairs your beautiful 3 dimensional cards which introduced your company to our chapter on a large scale. I realize that the exposure isn’t a hill of beans to your company. As a 40+ year Delta I don’t have a need to buy things often but any time I do I consider your company 1st.
