Returns
Products that are eligible for return must be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customers will receive a store credit for any items that are eligible and approved for return. Store credits will be sent via email. Please allow 7-10 business days after delivery or returned goods for processing.
Some types of goods are exempt from being returned. Final sale items, clearance items, custom products, bundle boxes, print on demand products, gift cards, or perishable goods cannot be returned.

Order Changes & Cancellation Requests
Please check your order before submitting. Once orders are placed it is not likely that we will be able to make changes or cancellations. Order cancellations, if it is possible, will receive store credit only if the order has not yet shipped. Orders may be returned within 10 calendar days of receipt.
Free Gift with Purchase / Buy One, Get One (BOGO) Discount
When returning an order that included a free gift or buy one, get one (BOGO), please be sure to include it with your return. Partial returns will result in the store credit being adjusted for the value of the gift or BOGO discount.
Damages / Order Errors
We try our best to provide you with the great quality products and correct items as orders. Although rare, unfortunately, mistakes or order issues do sometimes happen. Please open and inspect your items upon receipt. If your order is incorrect or damaged please email us within 7 business days of your delivery date with photos that show the damage to the product or the incorrect item received.
All damaged items are to be returned/received before a store credit is issued. We will provide a pre-paid label for approved returns or damage or order error issues.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any lost return packages. When returning items, it is highly recommended that you use a shipping service that includes tracking.
